#GOODMORNING 🌈🌞
So much progress has been made; feeling absolutely ON TOP OF THE WORLD 🌎👏🏽😭 #feels

As most of you know I came out of my last show really horribly on some kind of crazy, depressed NEXT LEVEL SHIT & did it take its toll on my body 😒
I binged really badly, gained a whooping 10kg, couldn't stand the sight of myself or a scale & my god was it hard to train. I'd drag my ass into the gym and hate every single minute of being there.
Motivation & passion = LEVEL ZERO!
It's been a tough ride to say the least. In order to fix the damage I started by regulating my hormones/cortisol levels with natural supplements and commenced a structured diet/training program CONSISTENTLY and routinely!
2 months in and I never thought I would reach this point of happiness within myself again, I've been waiting patiently for this day 🙏🏽

I wanted to share this with you all as I know so many struggle through their fitness journey (competitors mostly); just know no matter what there will ALWAYS be a light at the end of the tunnel & a transformation is ALWAYS at reach!
