I have been skipping cleans and deads for a couple of months because my traps were getting huge. Like linebacker huge. Took some time to build up my lats so the movements would be more evenly distributed and I couldn't be happier that they're back in the mix. 120x5x5 for deads! Not to shabby considering I haven't done them in forever. Also. Can we just peep that delt line there? K thanks.
