BICEP BUILDER: 💪🏻 .
Many girls tend to stray away from training biceps, fearing that it will make them look too “bulky” or “manly”. However, I can assure that won’t happen—training biceps (and upper body in general) helps to create a symmetrical physique and only adds to your overall package...plus, it makes single trips of grocery hauls WAY easier 😝

So...here’s a full bicep workout that I like to do! I train arms (biceps and triceps) once per week and sometimes add in additional exercises another time per week!

Alternating bicep curls 4x10-12
.
Reverse grip curls (also hits forearms) 4x10
.
Alternating hammer curls 4x10-12
.
Machine preacher curls 4 sets (drop sets to failure)
.
For all of these exercises, try to really focus on isolating the bicep and SQUEEZE. I like to keep the weights lighter to keep my form clean and get more of a burn 🔥 .

Just a video of me doing wide curls. Mainly just bc I look juicy af. Yea my form falters a little a the end. But it was getting painful in my defense. It’s also why I like doing wide curls on a slight incline, it makes it really hard to cheat. And I’m repping one of my favorite brands, @built_apparel thx for the tank @johnwayne111 😘😘😘

As you guys know biceps are always #1 priority at the gym. So I'm always trying to find new ways to curl. Variation on hammer curls, but I wouldn't recommend going that heavy since you are putting a lot of stress on your wrist.

How to Train - Part 2

You can alternate between a "heavy" week and a "lighter" week with your sets and reps. For instance, 5 sets of 5 reps (5X5) on all your main movements (presses, pulls, squats) during your heavy week and then switch to 3 sets of 10 reps (3X10) on your lighter week.

Someone more advanced can switch their reps from a heavy day to a lighter day within the same week because they'll need more recovery time. They also adapt quicker to what they're doing so changes in reps and sets come quicker.

Focus on one goal at a time. Don't be testing your personal best if you should be doing 4 sets of 8 reps. Focus on perfect form, not on getting the most amount of reps in. Stick to your program.

Slight changes should only be necessary. Changing the angle you do the exercise. Dropping the reps by 2 and including an extra set. Different accessory exercises. Small changes every 1-3 weeks.

Don't be doing different forms of training. If your goal is strength and size, don't be also performing strenuous cardio everyday. If your goal is building muscle, don't be performing 1 rep maxes. You need the muscles under tension for longer with higher reps (5-8) on compound movements and (6-12) on accessory. Focus on 1 goal.
