I used to drink multiple protein shake per day and my biggest focus was, am I getting enough protein. Yet, what I didn't consider is the is protein in all the plants I eat. I personally have found I don't need all the protein that is being pushed at us lately. -
So while my favorite shake does have protein, that is not all, and that's not the reason I drink it. I drink it for all the nutrients and vitamins it has. I drink it for the #prebiotics and #probiotics it's full of. I drink it because it's got not just protein but good fiber to keep me full as well. And to be super honest, I drink it because it tastes really freaking good!!!!
