One of the dreamiest experiences I've had with food was a trip to Tuscany with my mom. Every morning we were greeted with homemade bread, local butter and jam, farm fruit and fresh yogurt...so simple, wholesome. In between cooking classes we could enjoy the natural pool on property which was peppered with a delightful crew of lily pads, dragonflies and miniature frogs. I think this is my idea of bliss...living well, cooking well, eating beautifully, enjoying natural things. Helping good people learn this authentic way of living is not only my aspiration, but, I believe, my purpose.
