I know that I'm finally getting past this sickness because I'm starting to crave food as atrociously as I usually do... 🤷🏻♀️😅 anywayyy I've been craving phaaat salads lately. I always crave avo toast, that's a given. Super basic mix but still heaping in vitamins and healthy fats. I've noticed that my skin, hair, and nails have benefitted a lot ever since I started adding more diverse healthy fats into my diet. Cause we all know my peanut butter obsession was getting a bitttt out of hand. Toast: organic avocado + Ezekiel sprouted bread. Salad: romaine lettuce + Roma tomato + 1/3 avo + tuna + salt/pepper, all massaged with my fave green goddess dressing.
