Meet Ashley. She struggles with anxiety and chronic pain from endometriosis. After nine surgeries, including two miscarriages and two C-sections, she became somewhat dependent on opiates. Went to the gym tonight!! Felt so good to be back. I'm 4 weeks postpartum and tonight was just a "feel things out" and see what I could do type of night. Pretty much was able to pick up where I left off at 8 months pregnant. .
I am wearing my more serious waist trainer for support and to help hold everything in. Can't say enough good things about belly binding especially after a C-section! Life saver right there. 💜

Beautiful day for an abb workout, I ditched crunches a long while ago because 1) they are not good for weaker or split abs after babies 2) they are only working a very small muscle group. The moves I use are functional, work the whole core and wake up the whole body. Present ➡️ Oct. 2016 My #abtransformation has been fun to watch through doing #keto and slowly reintroducing carbs. You can see how my muscles appear to have more volume. That is because my glycogen stores are full. On keto, you loose 5 pounds the first week due to glycogen stores being depleted.

Спорт после кесарева сечения (часть 2). С чего начать?
👟 еще в роддоме врач сказал делать вакуум 2-3 раза в день (если интересно больше узнать про вакуум, дайте знать и я раскрою тему). Такое упражнение на пресс после кс разрешено и более того, полезно, так как минимизирует образование спаек, воздействует щадящим, но эффективным способом на мыщцы пресса. Первые 3 месяца я делала только вакуум.
👟 как только получили добро на занятие спортом, старайтесь выбрать не экстремальный вид тренировок 😊)... очень рекомендуют аквааэробику, плаванье, йогу, пилатес, суставную гимнастику
👟 если решили заниматься в тренажёрном зале, то для начала акцентируйте внимание на упражнения на спину, руки, ноги. Для разогрева и заминки вместо беговой дорожки отдайте предпочтение эллипсу.
👟 смотрите по самочувствию и подключайте (я на 7 занятии) щадящие упражнения на пресс. ☝ в карусели я вложила видео моего первого упражнения на пресс. Из положения сидя, расставив ноги на ширине плеч, плавно и не глубоко опускайте и поднимайте тело. Начните с 1-2 подходов по 15 раз. Со временем доведите до 4 подходов по 15- 20 раз. На видео у меня гантели по 1.5 кг. В зале я делала упражнение на лавке, с бодибаром в 3 кг.

Friends of ours asked if they could basically use my body as an oven and hopefully carry their #IVF baby. My uterus was fine, I just wasn’t able to produce eggs. Knowing the sadness of not being able to have kids I said yes! My first pregnancy was via IVF. It was their sperm and egg, I was just the carrier. We implanted two embryos and both embryos took!! I birthed their twins via #Csection
▪️One year later I got pregnant for my first! I was absolutely shocked!! But so incredibly happy. -After my daughter was born I was able to conceive again just 7 months later! ▪️I am truly so grateful that I was able to gift my friends their children and because of the #ivfsuccess I was able to have my two beautiful babies! ▪️Not every journey has a happy ending, but try to keep hope and trust. I pray that my story gives you the ability to push through this hard time! You are not in this alone.

The last couple of weeks in the practice have been filled with SO many pregnant mamas finally meeting their beloved babies! Our mamas have had so many births these last few weeks and we have been lucky enough to meet such amazing little ones 👶 we've heard many beautiful birth stories, including multiple successful VBACs AND multiple drug-free births 💞🎉 so proud of every single one of our mums and every single one of their birth stories (VBAC, VBA2C, C-sect, vaginal, assisted, single, multiple, etc), as each birth is a true testament to the strength of all mothers 💗💞We @organicfamilychiro are so very thankful to be a part of every one of our mamas' pregnancy journeys 🙌🏻👐🏻🤰

25 years old, no kids, newly married grad student, counting points, microwaved “healthy” meals, running several miles daily (had just completed my 3rd half marathon), plus an hour + at the gym. About to celebrate my 32nd birthday, 3 kids, 8 months postpartum business owner, eating over 2,100 calories a day but paying no attention to the number-focus purely on portions, combo of lifting and cardio for 45-60 minutes a day in my living room, all while exclusively #breastfeeding the baby. I wore freaking booty shorts to work out in and rocked them with confidence, I sported a bikini at the beach—and even though after a day of indulging on #allthefood and drinks my abs were hiding I still FELT amazing and oh ya, I have NO idea what the number on the scale says.

Beyond the physical transformation my MIND has transformed even more. My confidence and self image is something i know I control, and while I still have days that I struggle, I have never been more at peace with exactly where I am than right now!!

I just shared with my brand new challengers that diving into personal development does for your mind what exercise does for your muscles. If you want to reach your goals, whatever they are, your mind has to believe you can achieve it or you will stop yourself EVERY time. .
