Firstly, what's the difference between the 2?
Well, focussing on a service can be risky as it is easy to replicate and is often not unique so will be open to competition easily. This can lead to a constant churn of clients and a lot of money spent on client acquisition.
If however you build a brand this offers unique value based on client perceptions, expectations and emotions through experience. It is very difficult to copy a brand as it is made up of a lot more than just a product or service.
With this in mind, to build a successful clinic you need to believe in your brand. You need to know what it is and focus everyday at building it with your clients.
