Day 8 / 80: Week 2 is a repeat of week 1’s workouts except with heavier weights and bands, 10 reps for every move instead of 15, but 3 full rounds instead of 2, totalling to 1 hour with the warm up and cool down 🙆♀️ Again it flew by! .
I stepped on the scales this morning, expecting to see a larger number than usual due to the fact I’ve been eating like a elephant.. 🐘 🙄 but nope! This whole eating for maintenance thing is 100% working! Same weight with less wobbly bits 😬
