DICA PARA O WOD DE HOJE

No #BARBBELLCYCLING, o importante, ANTES DE TUDO, é preciso ter PACIÊNCIA para que você tenha CONSISTÊNCIA e ECONOMIA de movimento. Dicas:

1.Existe UM momento com uma (mini)PARADA, que é quando executamos a EXTENSÃO total do corpo, é um momento de RESPIRAR. Essa respirada, muitas vezes mantém a FREQUÊNCIA CARDÍACA mais BAIXA, AUMENTANDO assim o número de REPETIÇÕES no ciclo;

2. No barbell cycling apesar dessa paciência, tambem temos PENSAR UM MOVIMENTO Á FRENTE do que está acontecendo - Principalmente na DESCIDA(já que a subida é o movimento ao qual ja estamos acostumados) ======================================= A)Quando a BARRA SAIR DO OMBRO -  já estamos pensando em direcioná-la para as coxas(o mais perto possivel do corpo); ======================================= B)ANTES de encostar nas COXAS - já estamos pensando em RECOLHER(para trás) e FLEXIONAR os joelhos; ======================================= C)Quando ela encosta nas COXAS - já estamos pensando na batida da barra no CHÃO ======================================= D)Quando ela bate no CHÃO, já estamos puxando a barra para CIMA retomando o ciclo. Monday Morning WOD

After dynamic warm-up including some mobility work, back squaaaats!!! Strength:
Back Squats, EMOM for 11 rounds
- 3×80kg/176lbs
- 3×85kg/187lbs
- 3×90kg/198lbs
- 3×92,5kg/204lbs
- 3×95kg/209lbs
- 3×97,5kg/215lbs
- 3×100kg/220lbs
- 3×102,5kg/226lbs
- 3×105kg/231lbs
- 3×107,5kg/237lbs
- 3×110kg/242lbs

That escalated quickly. No problemo until 105kgs but after that I had to take more time to prepare myself for reps. But it was fun! I like this kind of EMOM where you push yourself to add more weights every minute and see where you end up. 👍

Metcon:
4min AMRAP
- 10 DB Snatches @ 17,5kg/39lbs
- 12 HRPUs
- 15 KB Swings @ 24kg/53lbs
- Result: 2 Rounds + 10 Reps

Inspired by @niemjoel . Next Saturday I will participate in local Oxugen Games nearby and this will be a part of one event in the games. Need to figure out what pace I should choose because the event will continue after this AMRAP by another AMRAP.
