Today we honored our vets. The athletes tackled 3 separate hero workouts, J.T., Jason, and DT, and they crushed it!
For a long time I worked out alone. Recently my training and nutrition have been off track. No more excuses. Time to get it done! I knew if I wouldn’t have time tonight, so came in early before coaching and took on this beast of a workout alone. #priorities
