Video tip:

Top video shows breaking at the waist, knees, and neck. This lowers power output and forces you to "find" your plank again on the way back up. Many athletes do this in an attempt to move faster.

Bottom video: after some tactile cueing and slowing the movement down, the entire body moves as one piece and the plank is maintained. This, when trained, is an incredibly strong push-up.
