The 100 ft. walking lunge each round is a chance for you to relax your grip and recover before you return back to the pull up bar. Pick sets that you can maintain on your gymnastic movements for the better part of this 15:00 workout

A little couplet comprising of my own missed session from yesterday (it was at the bottom of the page and I missed it!), with @roblawson9 programming heavy deadlift waves. This was actually really good. Enough rest to set for the deadlifts and go heavy! Rest 3 mins between sets then extend the rest to around 5 mins before starting the next wave. Try to do the starting 5 at the same weight you did the 3 reps at the end of your first set. Add the cheeky max distance in 1 Min row at the end and it's a wrap! 😀😀
