Squat Push Pull getting breaks here and there from studying Anatomy to keep up with my training, it's also keeping me sane despite being tired a lot
right now the exercise selection is a lot more of what I need than what I would choose to train, if I had my way I'd go heavy or hard as often as I could recover from it (even though I know better) funny enough seeing small improvements and minor variations in our workouts is very motivating and feeling strong in a completely different way
