A simple and progressive approach to efficiently learning skipping technique and Double Unders.

Only progress to the next level if you’re willing to place a Β£10 bet with a friend that you can complete the level with just 1 attempt!!!

- Video 1 (Levels 1 and 2)
Take the time to learn to skip efficiently and consistently before progressing to Double Unders in order to prevent slow progress on more technical skipping variations.

- Video 2 (Level 3)
Practice individual double unders separated by single skips. Work on keeping the same body shape and light bounce on your feet as you have developed with single skips. This is a difficult but valuable step to allow you to progress quickly further down the line. It also develops the skill of timing your jump to varying rope speeds.

- Video 3 (Level 4)
Work on stringing just two double unders together with the same quality form you have developed from level 3. Once you can hold good form and smooth reps on 2 consecutive double unders and easily transition back to single unders, you’ll find putting bigger sets together comes easily.

- Video 4 (Levels 5, 6 and 7)
Start to put bigger sets of double unders together only once you can consistently do 2 consecutive reps with good form and control. Start off with sets of 10 (or less) and avoid always going until you miss! That way you’re not teaching your body bad habits and you have the added bonus of not whipping yourself every set!!!
