A journey that started 4 years ago, 170 KG, XXXL, unfit and more; then he met crossfit.
From the very beginning you could see the determination in his face, however his weight was pulling him down. He committed to classes daily & sometimes even joined the guys for early 5:30 am classes.
It was still not enough to him; you could see the disappointment and dissatisfaction of not being able to do all of the movements.
Weights started to flow and move easily but he knew he had to cut weight.
Year 1: The open. Scaled
People tried putting him down, not being able to do pullups, double unders and more all at 150KG
Went to BOE as a spectator
Year 2: Started training with people who make him better, started slowly going into nutrition. Tried the OPEN again. Still no double unders. But some pullups
Went to BOE as a spectator again
Year 3: Really focused on nutrition.
Double unders ✅
CHEST to bar pullups ✅
Aced the open beating a lot of guys
Lost another 50KG's
Just missed out on BOE and went as a spectator AGAIN!
He promised himself that was the last time
Year 4: Put in the work
Focused on weakness
GOING TO BOE AS A COMPETITOR. Individual!
