Just going to leave this here. Jefferson Squats to develop proper tension in external rotation at the hips. Front foot perpendicular to the bar, back foot parallel to the bar, vertical shins in bottom position and knees must track in the direction of the toes throughout entire movement. Creepy faces are optional but likely to occur when performed correctly.
