If you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong.
Exercise is work, but overall moving your body and making it stronger, faster and healthier is supposed to MAKE YOU BETTER. So if your feeling really negative about your programming - you're bored, not seeing progress or if doesn't feel right - SHAKE IT UP! Do something you love, learn something new or change your environment. Workout with a friend. Find a group. Life is hard enough, your workout should enhance it, NOT bring you down.
