The term COACH means different things to different people.

A coach in our eyes is someone who doesn't just provide you with instructions, they provide you with something you wouldn't get elsewhere.

It could be a work ethic they instill in you. It could be the way they talk to you that just inspires you to get more out of what you do. It could be a quiet word, or even a loud look to help cue you to push on.

They aren't there just for the pay check and the jersey. They are raised to read and understand people. They find a way to tap into even the hardest of shells and make a difference to them. They don't care if only one person is in the room. It's not about numbers, it's about what they do.

You don't remember the puppets. The people who simply pass on instructions that have been passed onto them by others.

But you do remember a coach. Long after you cross paths.

A puppet is waiting by the door with a key in their hand as you finish your workout or session. A coach is talking to you 20 mins after the lights should have gone out about an idea or ideology you both share an interest in.

A COACH is someone who really gives a fuck.

Not enough words to express our gratitude to all of our coaches and #enchantfit family who volunteered to make #2018Firehawkscorchtrials a great event! We can not do it with out your support, and we got that and much more! We had a chance to share our passion to make a difference in these kids lives. Our future looks bright. Some of you remained behind the scenes and could not be more relevant to our success during the event. Shout out to CrossFit RR who in collaboration with Enchant Fit CF allowed us to make use of their facilities and equipment no questions asked. We love to be a bridge to a strong CF community. We also like to thank our master of ceremony Juan Muñoz for the great support and great entertainment in collaboration with DJJonnyD. Last but not the least, thank you for a great collaborative work from our marketing consultant Tammy Valentine(LuckyTamm Digital Marketing)and dear friend Sheree Peralta for a fantastic job behind the lenses of the camera to keep our media sharp throughout the competition and beyond for us to replay great memories📽

Please give me your feedback about having a nutrition workshop on Saturday June 16. A quick workout would start at 6:50a, the nutrition workshop would start at 7:25a for approximately 60 minutes.

If the Saturday time is not convenient for our mommies, would you prefer a seminar during one of our regular classes? Wednesday June 13th at 9:30am?
__ *The nutrition workshop will lead us into a 30-day summer challenge. *Our guest speaker will be Heather Zander, Certified Dietitian and Nutrition Coach, also a former Fitness coach at Orange Theory Fitness.
