Annual “Murph” workout for all CrossFitters and Bootcampers, includes running, pull ups, push ups and squats.
Date: Saturday June 2
Event: Mission Peak Spartans Training
Place: 41800 Blacow Rd, Fremont Ca
Time: 7:00am (no 8:15am Hayward class)
All are welcome and 100% encouraged to join us. This is a mini Spartan Race training course. We will be the only group on the field at this hour.
Date: Saturday June 9
Event: CruFit Team Rowing/Cycling
Place: 6125 Medau Place Oakland Ca, 94611
This event is limited to 28 bootcampers and CrossFitters. Please take into serious consideration, this is a “first come, first serve” type of event. Registration is open now. Please leave your name below and I’ll keep score. We will be the only group on the floor at this hour.

Please give me your feedback about having a nutrition workshop on Saturday June 16. A quick workout would start at 6:50a, the nutrition workshop would start at 7:25a for approximately 60 minutes.
If the Saturday time is not convenient for our mommies, would you prefer a seminar during one of our regular classes? Wednesday June 13th at 9:30am?
__ *The nutrition workshop will lead us into a 30-day summer challenge. *Our guest speaker will be Heather Zander, Certified Dietitian and Nutrition Coach, also a former Fitness coach at Orange Theory Fitness.
