Doing 5 minute deadlift AMRAP (as many reps as possible) with 5 burpess EMOM (every minute in the minute) in a 25 minute AMRAP series of 5 different stations for our partner WOD in our very own "Ryan Legacy" WOD at @pxmcrossfit I wish Coach Ryan nothing but great success in his future. Will miss him!
Prepping for Murph! Goal is to complete the Murph workout entirely with a weighted vest. For those who don’t know this workout honors Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy who was KIA in Afghanistan. It consists of 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run all with a weighted vest. Usually done over Memorial Day weekend. This will be my 3rd year doing. Only did run with vest last year. Trying to push self this year and do entire thing with vest.
