With it only being @mike____mike 's 2nd competition, and @lindseypiechota getting back into the swing of things after baby/business we managed the 3rd place overall in the #elite division this weekend hosted by @sparkcrossfit as part of the @theunbrokenseries . We are proud to announce one of our NEWEST classes @crossfitbcr ! "Shred" will be a 30 min express style class. In that 30 minutes you will be burning fat and building some muscle. This class will have no barbell work and no advanced movements. We will have a focus on body weight movements, dumbbells and kettle bells, resistance bands, plyometric training, and all around functional fitness. This class is for everyone! This will be a three day a week class Tuesday/Thursdays 4-4:30pm and Saturday 10-10:30am.
