That feeling when the weight is heavy enough you think you might get buried under it. Not happy with these Squats tonight. 167kg for what was supposed to be 4x5. Actually did 3x5 and 1x3 cause I couldn't finish.
Depth was so,so.

Made 90kg and got under 92.5 three times but kept losing it forward. I was so determined to save that last one. I don't have it yet but I know it's not a strength issue. I will nail it soon....

95KG SPLIT JERK PR πŸ†

Urgh. I SUCK at the Split Jerk. Probably my LEAST favourite movement in CrossFit 😀 Nearly skipped this when it came up on @thetrainingplan but I know I need to work on the things I suck at if I want to excel.

Happy to grab a 4kg PR today.
So much room to improve here!!!!!!
