So disappointed with my performance in 18.4.... all I know how to do is strict handstand push-ups so my shoulders blew up way too fast. I guess that’s what I get for not ever trying to learn how to do kipping handstand push ups. Hating myself because repping 225 and 315 deadlifts is something that I love to do.... guess I better learn how to kip so I can be more efficient😕 #crossfit #roguefitness #wedontquit #deadlift #handstandpushups #noexcuses #crossfit18point4
