The prone abdominal stretch, or more commonly known as the 'Cobra' stretch in yoga is a great stretch for elongating those abs. This time of year lots of people try to be summer ready by doing countless crunches or sit upstairs improve their midsection. However most people don't stretch out these muscles like they would their legs after a long run or bike ride. So here is just one good stretch to follow after you work your stomach. Hold it for a minute each time and repeat it 2-3 times. Enjoy!
