Today is the LAST CHANCE to tell the CRMC you're against environmental racism and building a new 22nd century fracked gas fossil fuel infrastructure on the coast of RI and throughout the state.
Tuesday 12/12, 5 - 8pm, Dept. of Administration Cafeteria, One Capitol Hill, Providence
Tell the coastal resources management council #CRMC and #governorraimondo that you do not want them to allow National Grid’s Fields Point Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) liquefaction facility in the South Side of Providence, RI
Come support your neighbors and friends and the environment.
This is the final CRMC hearing for the proposed LNG plant and it would be good if LOTS AND LOTS OF PEOPLE were there. The CRMC Council has made it clear that Rhode Islanders can't trust them to make safe, unbiased decisions about our coastal communities, and a good way to show them that we know that--and to stop them from doing more damage--is to show up.
The administration building is across the street and one building down from the capitol.
