Had a pork fillet I seared in a garlic oil then coated in a Soy, Siracha, Garlic, honey and sesame marinade then baked for 25 mins - once cooked sliced and then left in the marinade to keep moist.
Brown rice was boiled in a Chinese 5 spice & tomato broth, cooled then fried with Red Onions, Carrot, Peas, Sweetcorn, Edamame & Mushrooms with a drizzle of soy, siracha and 2 cloves of Minced garlic.
Simple toppings of a fried egg, toasted peanuts & Sesame seeds and then some crispy onions which were coated in cornflour and then dropped in a little oil.
Cheap meal to make for 4 and stuff you may have knocking about the house.
