Cricket hill workout crew!! Who? Some of the people from the photo...some new people...you...whom ever you decide to bring. It is open to anyone who wants to come, all fitness levels welcome. No need to confirm, if you want to you can just show up! There is no cost, just bring something to drink and a towel for yourself.
What? We are a group of fitness enthusiast friends that enjoy working out together outside. We do circuits of running on the track and up cricket hill along with body weight exercises.
When? We meet at 7:45am on Sunday mornings to allow time to warm up and stretch. The workout starts right at 8:00am and goes for an hour.
Where? We meet at the north west corner of the Wilson track, near Wilson and Lake shore drive.
