#TheBreakfastTherapy Reason 2: because it’s FOR REAL the most important meal of the day! Because what you eat every morning determines your day. I’m a truly believer of this. Think about it, if you have a shi*** breakfast- your day it’s not gonna get better, because your mood will be down and you’ll see everything negative. On the other side, if you have a breakfast that you’re satisfied with [and consequentially it makes you happy] your day can start with right foot. Who’s with me with this theory?
