This phrase is the cornerstone of ALL of my businesses. Today, consumers can purchase pretty much anywhere and at anytime. Who else has shopped online at 2am when they couldn’t sleep 🙋‍♀️

So why should they choose you? Unless your product is so niche they literally cannot get it elsewhere it is highly likely there are a number of other businesses out there selling something similar or even identical to your product. You need to set yourself apart. You could do fancy ads - expensive. You could get a celebrity to endorse your product. Here is what I’ve always done 💗

One of the downsides of being able to buy any time and anywhere is it has become very impersonal. Those of you old enough will remember the old corner shops where everybody knew the grocer but not now, we shop at huge supermarkets and rarely see the same staff members. What can you do to make your customers feel special?

I am really big on experiences. When someone buys from any of my businesses, yes they get a great product and they get good service but what they also get is an experience. We go the extra mile so they actually talk about their experience to other people and not necessarily the specific product they bought. We’ve even won awards for this stuff!
