Today only gets 5 stars because I wasn’t hungry, but it deserves zero for the shitshow it turned out to be. At least I had my day planned in MFP and I was able to rally and hit my numbers! These are the tools that help us succeed when things turn #cray.
Breakfast: 26c.7f.28p: @saraleebread toast with @brummelandbrown, egg whites, @morningstarfarms breakfast patty & blackberries, @nespresso decaf w/ @premierprotein as creamer
Lunch 31c.9f.10p: Arugula salad with cakes, tomato, kalamata olives, FF feta with @atasteofolive Hojiblanca EVOO + balsamic, with a slice of @traderjoes Tuscan Pane.
Dinner 40c.16f.17p: @traderjoes coconut shrimp and hibachi vegetables (zucchini, onion, mushrooms, ginger, liquid aminos, sesame oil) - this was just like the real deal!
Snack 29c.8f.30p: @trader joes chocolate caramel wedges + @oikos peanut butter banana triple zero yogurt, @questnutrition cookies n creme shake, and homemade chocolate zucchini muffins (recipe by @Annkazaks)
