Flamin' Calamari They bring it your table and light it up. Fun!
It's a pretty great dish. Spicy, chewy squid and very thin slices of onion and pepper. Definitely more calamari than anything else. Yes!! This is a dish that I'm getting again when I come back! The way to this girls heart my friends is through a great terrine. You know, like they always do at Auberge du Pommier. I'm not sure what it is about pressed meat and tiny vegetables that does it for me but it's there. . The terrine this summerlicious was delicious. Foie gras and duck, two preparations of carrots, and a nice sweet and tart gooseberry sauce.
