These quinoa crackers are topped with either guacamole or almond butter (I have a video further down on how I make my almond butter) simply roasting almonds for about 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius then blending them in a food processor or blender for about 10 minutes (more of processor is not too strong) with a pinch of salt!
