Today I went shopping for jeans...bitch what? Why? Who tf does that? Idk. But that's not the point.

The point is: the last time I wore/bought jeans was about 4-5 years ago. I was a size 1 or 3 usually. Today I bought a size 10. Yes, a TEN.

The old me would be bawling her eyes out and leave the store without buying anything, and start eating less for months along with doing hours of cardio.

Today, when I realized I had to buy a 10, I said "Hey these fit. They're a little loose in the waist but I'm gonna get them." And I bought a belt with them to help the looseness in the waist. Not gonna lie and say I wasn't a little surprised when a 6 and even 8 didn't fit me. Considering I'm used to my lulus and always wearing a 4 lol.

So why do we, as women, fixate so much on our jean size? Why are we always taught that we need to be a small size? WHO FUCKING CARES. ITS A DAMN SIZE OF PANTS. And guess what: EVERY STORE IS DIFFERENT SO YOU'RE ALWAYS GONNA WEAR A DIFFERENT SIZE ANYWAYS. IT DOESN'T MEAN SHIT.

Don't fixate your worth or how good you look/feel, on the size of your clothing. It doesn't matter in the slightest.

I don't post videos much but here's a couple of me trying to see whatever muscle I have 🙃

look at this girl! @loganstigall on the left was when we first started working together and logan learned about tracking macros 🍎 we built her metabolism up before we cut for her first bikini show 👙 in the middle was right before the show! Logan cut down more than 15 lbs and came in the show lean and mean 🔥 post show she's only up about 7 pounds and her body has found a new maintenance level which is leaner 😧 she started a reverse diet and then I helped transition her over into intuitive eating.
She's been killing this improvement season and when we cut for her next show she will be starting at even better place mentally and physically 💪🏻 this girl worked her 🍑 off but trusting the process, being consistent and never giving up was the 🔑 to her success! Watch out ladies and gents this girl is about to make some serious gains and come in even more shreddy 🔥 .

I've mentioned before that my motivation to get in the gym is below average rn. But I've also mentioned that in all other aspects of life, I'm extremely happy. 😊
•I love my coworkers & my boss. I love also being my own boss in a different field, & how hard my clients work. I feel blessed to have multiple jobs I enjoy with people I enjoy. 😊
•I have an amazing support system in my family & it feels like ages if I go a day without talking to my parents.💙
•Me and the boyfriend are killin the long distance game, and in 12 days I get him for a whole 8 months 🙈😍
•I live in the beautiful state of California where the sunshine makes me & Meeko happy everyday. ☀️
There are so many things to be grateful for & thousands more to be excited about. So like I said, I may not be hitting the gym as often, but I'm still motivated to experience and improve my life in all other aspects. So instead of a 6 day training week, it's closer to 3-4 days on a good week. But when I do go, it's because I want to and bc I enjoy it. Much like everything else in my life. 💋
