Some days I’m stronger than others. Not physically but mentally. My mind likes to play tricks and tell me that I’m weak and unworthy.
People have asked me how I could be sad and feel this way when there’s so much happiness and things to be grateful for in my life but they never ask someone with asthma why they can’t breathe well when there is all this air.

SIMPLE ANSWER: long term goals are more important to me than instant satisfaction. I've been working day in & day out for months and will not sabotage my hard work by eating something that is not in my prep plan. With the vacation months approaching I found it to be a good time to make a post about easy exercises to do while traveling. When traveling, everyone knows that hotel gyms can be quite limited with weights and equipment. With this in mind, I like to throw a resistance band in my travel bag. It doesn’t take up much space and can be used in several ways to increase the intensity of exercises. Check out the full video in the LINK in my BIO 👍🏼💪🏼

My biceps have always been a lagging body part of mine. So over the past year or so, I have increased the volume. As you may have heard, volume
has been shown to have direct correlation with muscle growth. This means if you're doing 10 sets of arms once per week and are getting no results, you need to up your training volume. I recommend adding additional sets on another day a week for arms. An important point is to make sure you slowly walk your volume up over time. Do not just jump into three days per week without slowly increasing your volume otherwise you risk injury.
