Meet the newest addition to our team... Julie is an Atlanta native who has recently returned to the area after living in Baltimore, New York and Chicago. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, she got her start in the fitness industry as a yoga instructor. When she discovered that the increased core strength and stability that came from adding pilates helped her yoga and other fitness pursuits, she knew she wanted to become an instructor. She completed her full certification with Stott Pilates at the New York training center in 2010. Julie is also a NASM certified personal trainer and a TRX instructor. She loves to help others find their connection to the core and to help them to feel and function their best. When not in the pilates studio, Julie can be found hiking, biking or at the movies. She is on the schedule at 6AM tomorrow and will be teaching additional classes when we expand the schedule over the next few weeks!
