Part of aarons hotel hunting on this 2 week trip was making sure there was
A) a pool for the kids
B) gym for us
Our actual Disney hotel did not have a gym but I made do in the stairwell or In the room with my baby weights.
Today we got a gym so Aaron hit it first while I took kids to pool then switched. We are so blessed to have one another to say “you go” and know it’s important for us.
It’s been a sweet while since I got to lift somewhat Heavy and let me tell you I felt shaky and nautious by the end. Which is not normal for me.
Since I had weights I wanted to do something that required heavier so decided on back, hammies and abs...
Warmup ran treadmill 10 min
1. Superset: stiff leg deadlifts (12)
Single arm bent over row
12 each arm 4sets
2. Superset: single leg deadlifts 12 per leg with
Reverse fly 15 4 sets
3. Superset: standing lateral side bend 10 each side with
Dumbbell Bent over row 12 4 sets
4. Superset abs (I changed the ab exercise every time) 25 Reps
With hip thrusts on bench using dumbbell 25 4 sets (Abs was 25 knee crunch, 25 leg raise, 25 Russian twist, 25 reverse crunch)
