Asian chicken salad! Trying to move away from the soups which are so yummy and warming this time of year! I cooked up a chicken breast and shredded/chopped it. Add it to a bed of 50g mixed salad leaves, a handful of chopped fresh coriander (getting my own herb garden going here!), 1/3 chopped red chilli, 10g chopped red onion & 30g chopped cucumber. Sprinkle over homemade sauce by mixing together a pinch of caster sugar, the juice from half a fresh lime and its zest and a tsp of fish sauce! Replacing a breakfast meal with a breakfast smoothie.  Step 1. Measure everything! The hardest thing I have to learn is portion control. This is a simple smoothie with 3 ingredients to keep me full until lunch. Start with 1/3 of an avocado (80cal) 1cup of wild blueberries (80cal) quick tip - buy frozen and you never need to add ice to your smoothie. Lastly 8oz of coconut water (45cal) if more liquid is needed add a little regular water until well blended.

I’m going to be 100% honest on this account. I HATE my boobs like with a passion, I feel like suddenly becoming a D cup at the age 13 was fucking shitty to my body and it was way too early and now I have loose skin which causes my boobs to look so fucking ugly.
