Date night with bae (myself) 🙊
A proper slap together meal that turned out to be a total 10/10!
Although, by the time I took a million photos to get the right one it was cold and I had to reheat it - anyone else do this?
A very rough guesstimate of ingredients below (trial and error my babes, just add whatevs and go with the flow till it looks good in the pan)!!
~ About 5-6 mushies (not the magic ones please, or whatever, it’s your life do what you want)
~ a good handful of cherry toms
~ Garlic, Garlic & more Garlic
~ Olive oil.. while your there rub some in to your cuticles!
~ Zucchini doodles (oops haha autospell how cheeky... geez I mean zoodles!!!)
~ some olives chopped in halves
~ some haloumi cheese. Cause why not
~ chilli (great for metabolism)
~ some parmy cheese on top
~ white wine vinegar
Fry it up, mix it up, surely you’ll figure out the order of what to cook first..
Lastly pour yourself a glass of vino to wash it down and Bellissimo!! Healthy, cheap, easy and delicious 👌
