Forget what you know about the face and neck lift... Surgery is no longer the only option. At Dr Dray’s clinic we prefer a non-invasive treatment using PDO threads.
Here’s how it works:
1) After numbing and infusion of local anesthesia, the PDO threads are inserted, using cannulas, into different layers of the skin.
2) Once inserted, the threads anchor the skin and lift it upwards.
3) The excess threads are cut off.
4) Approx. 6 months after the procedure, the PDO threads will disappear through simple hydrolysis (they are absorbable). 5) The lifted area contours will remain for a further 3-6 months, due to the cellular rejuvenation effects. Your skin cells are stimulated to produce new collagen, and new blood vessels to improve skin microcirculation. Meanwhile, the PDO threads cause the fat tissue to contract, giving a skin tightening and facial slimming effect.
