#transformationtuesday Age16 to age 27. Change doesn't just happen over night. When some one comes up and says "how do I get in your shape?" you need understand it's not as easy as a 6-12 week program! Of course the right tools can save years of wasted time and get you some amazing results faster. However the true results (the ones people really want) lie in the struggle, learning from past mistakes, finding the right tools, the right support system, falling down, getting back up, hating your body, enduring insecurities, overcoming them, visualising and most importantly making it part of your life not just a few weeks of your life. Don't think of it as being a pain in your ass for the long term look at it as a journey. Hard work, the RIGHT tools and TIME breed results. Better and longer those last two components are the greater the reward. Don't dread that hour in the gym look forward to all the benefits outside of that hour that it will bring.
