HEALTHY HOT CHOCOLATE 🍫 ☕️⠀
1 cup Coconut/Almond Milk ⠀
2 Tbsps of Cacao Powder ⠀
1 Tbsp of honey ⠀
1 Tsp Cinnamon ⠀

Warm up the non-dairy milk in a sauce pan (or micro if you're at the office!) for a few minutes until warm. Stir in the cacao powder, honey and cinnamon until combined. ⠀

Have you tried this exercise using the Lat Pulldown Machine? This is called Retraction w/High Pull, and it’s a great movement to help activate the muscles that will help improve excessive internal rotation or forward posture. 🙌🏻 (Basically another term for bad posture.). Life would be pretty boring if we just had salad.. but then again We’d probably be winos and over weight if we ate chocolate and drunk wine all day.
So there must be a happy medium.. and there is. But what is it? The secret is.... having that odd glass of wine when the occasion calls and not out of habit ( mums... totally get it , it’s medicinal!) and if you need chocolate.. a piece ( not a block) if dark chocolate is fine after dinner. The pack of Tim tams or the mars bar at the service station on the way home from Work is not ok. That is simply sugar fat and cellulite..
Once you hit the peri menopause years, 45 and up then this becomes even more complex and even more crucial to your weight. There’s no easy way, it’s not hard but it’s so important to watch what you eat and drink as you get older ...
