Building the core muscles is not easy, it requires consitency and variety of exercises. 😋😋😋
My favourite and go to core exercise is definitely the challenging ABRoller. It works on your core and it helps one to have strong shoulders💪🏼 Make sure that you tighten the core throughout, feel the burn👌🏾 and be #happyfit

Here’s another partner workout for you: abs

Both starting in a low plank position on the forearms, start by 2 alternating hand taps before coming up into a high plank and repeating with a further 2 alternating hand taps
.
Return back down to forearms and repeat again all the way up to 20 reps .
If you can’t hold a plank then you can come down to a half plank on the knees and repeat as many times as you like.
.
Make sure core is engaged, hips are down and weight is placed over the shoulders .
Try 20 reps for 3 rounds, 15 seconds rest inbetween.

What’s up, Achievers?! @jasonlpak here with a video on back friendly core exercises! It’s important to note if you’re experiencing some back pain, make sure to get it looked at by a PT! The exercises in this video are general recommendations, and a medical professional will be able to individualize their recommendations based on the context of your specific situation.

Having said that, we really like these 6 drills because they help to keep your back in a relatively neutral position. Crunching, twisting, and flexing are all totally fine if you’re pain-free, but you might want to hold off on that sort of movement until your back calms down a bit. Once it does, you can slowly and conservatively add more and more movement and load! Here are the six drills:

1️⃣Supine marching: 6-8 each side
2️⃣Front plank: 15-30 seconds
3️⃣Bird dog: 6-8 each side
4️⃣Side plank: 15-30 seconds each side
5️⃣Crawling: 15-30 seconds
6️⃣SB dead bug: 4-6 each side
