Hitting the core! This workout is not only great for the abs and lower back but this is excellent on your hip stabilizers!

30 minute workout
45 seconds each exercise in order
10 seconds rest
Repeat until 30 mins are over
Go at any pace but do your absolute best!

1) Bosu body saw Plank w/gilders follow through with hip abduction then adduction with plank crunch then walking Plank
2) stability ball leg curl Bridge
3) kneeling (on mat) medicine ball (roughly 15 lbs) lateral slams
4) Unilateral Forward Reach w/Resistance. (Alternate sides after each round)
5)seated facing sideways dynaband chest press

Workin on my pull-ups πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼 I've got a long way to go, so I'm doing a lot of drills like this πŸ‘†πŸΌ5 reps assisted pull-ups (wide overhand grip), immediately followed by 5 reps assisted pull-ups (neutral, shoulder-width grip), immediately followed by 5 unassisted eccentric pull-ups (little hop to the top, then sloooow on the way down). I loop one knee through a heavy superband on the assisted pull-ups πŸ’• #HMBgirl
