My HSPU sucks... like a lot. The lack of explosive hippop that makes me struggle with WL and barwork, make these suckers dependent on my strength and endurance in my arms... 😬😬..
So - I’m Working on keeping and controlling coretension under movement/transitions, in freestanding headstand..
Goal is to make perfect HSPU’s, without loosing coretension. Landing with a full extended hip, only touching Wall with heels, so I don’t smack my 🍑 Against the Wall, thus hitting the Wall lower than the OPEN standard predicts..
