I'm sure someone reading is thinking, "Well I must be 10-50+ years my ACTUAL human age". It is true, a child's anatomical structure is generally more flexible than adults, but did you know that's mainly due to bad habits overtime?
Are you aware of the strain on our bodies after years of sitting in school, church, at work, vehicles, breakfast, lunch, & dinner, while we cook, babysitting, or even on a couch watching tv?

Just because you didn't start young doesn't mean that it is too late! There are women and men over 75+ that STILL practice Pilates and Yoga, beginners and advanced alike, for all kinds of reasons!
