Today was my first day using my @sweetsweat belt and let me just tell youโ€”it felt so amazing! I could literally feel the heat in my abdominal area. Never sweat so much in my entire life. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ”ฅ. Here's a little core routine I did after cardio.

6 moves to burn those abs (if you're not already burnt enough โ˜€๏ธ ๐Ÿ”ฅ) 1. Med ball exchange
2. Rotational bounce
3. Med ball sit up & reach
4. Double knee strike
5. Mountain climbers
6. Russian twists
30 seconds of each movement X 3

Minute abs for the finisher! 4 movements-15 secs each for one round. Complete 5-10 rounds, with 30 seconds rest in between. Add ankle weights for a challenge! Find a bench or even a chair and get going!

I like to add a Core Circuit at the end of my HIIT sessions.
This is today's #corecircuit suggestion: 5 exercises, 30secs to 1min per exercise, depending on your fitness level. Rest and repeat. Perform 2-3circuits.
