Today I said I am not posting today. I am on FB hiatus. God said, girl bye, no you aren’t on hiatus and yes you are going to post. LOL! #mindyouromnipotentbusinessGod #justjokingjesusIneedallthreeofyalldaily
I stumbled upon Nalie Agustin’s IG page about a month or so ago and it was inspiring. I had recently arrived home and was traipsing around the house with the JP drains from hell. The JP drains are a pain in the bootay wine by themselves, but imagine being 5 months pregnant with them. They were getting stuck under belly as I would get up from a sitting position and pull sometimes. GRRRRRRRR….sorry got a bit distracted. She had a video on how to clean them and shared her experiences. This had me intrigued so I sought out more of her first hand experiences. I then moved on to her blog and now to her youtube channel, The Nalie Show. She is so young, vibrant, beautiful, powerful, engaging and she kicked breast cancers butt. Oh, her and her sweetheart Vee are absolutely adorbs. However, not long after she was in remission she was diagnosed with lung cancer. That’s the unfair shit I was talking about. One cancer ass-kicking should provide you a pass at least until you’re 90. Today I watched 2 episodes, but one made me sit down and be humble (freaking love that hook…going to download today). Thank you Nalie Agustin and Mei-Lin Yee for your 5 Tips to live in the moment. I appreciate the concept of living in the moment, but sometimes it really hard. We are trained to do as much as we in as a little time as possible because time is so precious; however, time is precious so why not invest in it and truly absorb it with all of your mind, body, and soul? You can’t do that if you are texting, chatting, tweeting, and not attending to what you are dealing with at that moment. I AM GUIIIIILLLTTTYYY as charged, but today, May 25, 2017, I am going to change that. I am as advised by Mei-Lin and Nalie BE HONEST, BE MYSELF, BE KIND TO MYSELF, and BE POSITIVE. Some other sound bites of wisdom were to let all of the grudges, crap, and people who don’t add value or positive energy to your life go.
