Have you ever wondered why do you like wine so much?😏 Simply because is good, makes you feel merry, happy or because it's a social drinking item, with many options? Let me know below, I'm very curious about that!⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵There's something that I particularly like about wine: the ability to create memories that can go beyond time and distances.✈✈🕧🕐🚀⛴⏰⌚ I will never forget the first time I tried Beyond the Cloud by Elena Walch 💛😍 a blend of Chardonnay and other white varieties.
It was a freezing Sunday afternoon in my town and I was visiting the Christmas market with my family. We stopped to have a sample of wine in the local wine shop and my dad was sooo amazed by its roundness, concentration, unusual aromas of yogurt and biscuits from the malolactic fermentation, followed by some smoky notes. The mouthfeel was lovely, again smoky with lively yet sweet acidity, typical of the great whites of Bassa Atesina (Lower Alto Adige). He decided to buy a magnum for our Christmas lunch, also because there was my name on it😄 Everybody loved it! I'm not going to spend Christmas with my big family this year.I feel my heart is beating 11 times less already and I know I will be incredibly sad next Sunday 💔💔💔I bought the same wine, though, hopefully will help me to feel less nostalgic and closer to them. Needless to say that if there is something in this world limitless, that goes beyond the clouds and beyond everything for me is my love for them! I won't definitely be able to drink the whole bottle, a #coravin will be extremely helpful, handy without breaking corks or hearts @coravin_uk #fingerscrossed #TEWG @the_english_wine_guy cheers 🍷🍇✌🍷
