Though I absolutely LOVE everything listed above I try not to make them a weekly occurrence. Instead swap things out for some healthier options like: veggies and lean Turkey.
A couple weeks ago I posted the caloric difference between ranch and Greek yogurt (with ranch seasoning).
"Light" Ranch= 320cal/ half cup
Greek yogurt= 60cal/half cup
Another great substitute is cottage cheese = 90cal/ half cup.
So....if you are trying to lose some weight or just trying to live a little healthier. Try to substitute for some healthier/lighter options during game days!
