Yesterday I rinsed #quinoa in a fine mesh strainer, added a splash of #applecidervinegar and soaked it in this pot for around 7hrs. Then I rinsed it again (to get rid of what's called phytates - these may cause bloating and the toots!) Then I filled the pot with fresh water and cooked like normal.
I tell you, its waaaaay cheaper buying in bulk with other people and dividing into equal portions. In a portion of cow/goat/ram, you have all the parts; head, assorted, legs, tail, meat.....every single part! The fish is a minimum of 18 (very big sizes).
