1. Rack of lamb from #costco
2. Pat dry and rub with salt and then minced rosemary leaves and garlic, both sides.
3. Sear on hot cast iron skillet for 3 min each side.
4. Oven 350F for 20 min. .

Less time to get my butt on the meditation pillow =) for me...meditation is about accessing the no mind space by focusing on and enhancing all of our 5 senses... sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste.
(Senses are physiological capacities of organisms that provide data for perception)
1. Sight: The Eyes Translate Light into Image Signals for the Brain to Process

2. Hearing:The Ear Uses Bones and Fluid to Transform Sound Waves into Sound Signals
