I love to make my own stocks., which I use for sauces and soups. This is my healthy chicken stock / bone broth recipe.
I first infuse the water by boiling the chicken and the veggies, then I make a tasty bone broth with the liquid:

2kg chicken wings
3-4 carrots
2 big onions
I garlic bulb
2.5 litres water
1 large leek
3-4 celery stalks
Bouquet Garni (made with parsley, thyme and bay leaves)
1 tbsp peppercorns and a bit of salt
Butter or olive oil
You can add other veggies or herbs to your taste.

Peel (if required) and roughly chop the veggies.

Brown the wings in a big stockpot in butter or oil in batches. Remove and now sweat the veggies, starting with the onions and a bit of salt.

Then put all ingredients into the pot and cover with ca 2.5 ltr water. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat to a simmer for 2 hours.

Remove the ingredients from the liquid, reserving the chicken.

Pour the liquid through a sieve lined with muslin into a clean pot.
Remove the meat from the wings and add the bones to the liquid. (The meat can be used for curries, sauces, salads, etc.) Simmer the liquid and bones now for 8-12 hours.
Once done, cool it, and remove the fat from the top.
Strain the stock again through a muslin covered sieve.

Any leftovers can be frozen for up to 3 months, or kept in the fridge for 4 days.

Curry Fried Rice🍴🍛😋 Nasi Goreng Kari

Bahan:
2 siung Bawang merah
2 siung Bawang putih
5 ekor Udang
1 buah Telur
3 buah Cabe rawit
1sdm Bubuk kari
Garam secukupnya
Sepiring nasi
4 sdm Minyak goreng
Daun bawang

Cara memasak:
* panaskan minyak. Masukkaan telur, urak arik. Kemudian disusul bawang merah,bawang putih,cabe dan udang
* masukman nasi. Aduk hingga rata
* masukkan bubuk kari dan garam. Aduk rata. Masukkan daun bawang. Aduk sebentar. Angkat. Sajikan😊
